Clean and spacious rooms. Wi-Fi was fast, but no pets allowed was disappointing.

Ope, the indoor and outdoor onsens were just heavenly! After long days exploring, nothing beat soaking in those hot springs. They gave great tips on what to do in Hakone. Wish I could've stayed longer—just a wonderful experience all around!

The twin room offered a serene view of the river and bamboo grove, allowing for a tranquil experience. A shared toilet was a drawback, but it stayed clean and manageable. While the location is perfect for access to hiking trails, the lack of a public hot spring may deter some guests. A selection of nearby restaurants adds convenience.

I stayed in the Japanese-Style Standard Single Room. It was super cozy with a lovely view of the river. The futon was comfy and the room was immaculate. Having my own sink was a nice touch, too. The onsen experience was the best part. I totally loved soaking in the private baths after a long day. The only downside was the outdoor onsen had an extra charge. Overall, a pretty fantastic stay!

The location was perfect, easily accessible to transportation and hikes. My room was spacious with stunning mountain views, and the futon was cozy enough for a queen. The hot spring was a delightful private escape!
Oh darling, the reception bell's a bit temperamental—almost like it's on a holiday itself! Plus, my phone call left me sounding like a confused time traveler.
